*** CANCELATION POLICY***
Your appointments and well being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur which may result in scheduling adjustments. If you need to cancel we respectfully request at least 24 hours before your appointment time.
ANY cancelation or rescheduled appointments made less then 24 hours will result in a cancelation fee .The amount of the fee will be EQUAL to 50% of the reserved service.
IF you are arriving more then 15 minutes late we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancelation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your appointment for another time that is convenient to you as well as our service providers.
We do require a credit card to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file. You are NOT required to use this card to pay for your services, it is just going to be used as an appointment " holder" you may use cash, check (with your drivers license and phone number ) or credit card as payment for services received.
In the event of a TRUE, unavoidable emergency, all or part of this fee may be applied to your future service.
